@Adela Fonts: Thank you very much, Adela, for your kind words. This blog is a somewhat silly (as am I) exercise, but if some of the images bring pleasure to others, then that's a lovely bonus, icing on the cake! Now I must actually study more complex photo-editing tutorials to see if there's someplace further to go with these blurry reject photos! Looking through your photo blog has been a pleasure. You've found/captured many sublime and enjoyable images. Looking forward to seeing more. From your mini-biography I see that both our fathers were photographers :-). Glad you got to share that experience with him, and I'm grateful mine kept me supplied with Kodak Instamatic cameras as a child! Laughed at your comment about photography being faster than painting. As a frustrated non-painter, it's been an unexpected reward that some of these editing experiments have produced the sensation/satisfaction of abstract painting. I also concur that it's wonderful to get to interact with photographers from around the world. Best wishes for continued enjoyment of the world as seen through your camera!

@klausZ: appreciate the compliment, klaus, especially since your outdoor photography is stunning and takes a great deal more effort to produce!
